Preserved Eggplant on Eat Boutique

If you aren’t already familiar with the lovely site Eat Boutique, run by my equally lovely friend, Maggie, or with Eat Boutique’s fabulous gift boxes, here’s an excuse (though you do not need one. no, you do not.) to check it all out: my post on preserved eggplant.

Part pickle, part spicy antipasti, if you like eggplant, you must make preserved eggplant a part of your antipasti platter. At least once. And you really must check out Eat Boutique, even if you are not an eggplant enthusiast.

{Boston-area friends, mark December 9 on your calendar for Eat Boutique’s Holiday Market. Gifts and stocking-stuffers galore will be on offer. You’ll love it. I promise.}

    thank you for posting this link. Eat Boutique is a new site to me. Love her gift boxes. So excited to try Dave’s coffee syrup. As a MA girl (who grew up on the border of RI drinking coffee milk) I can’t wait to try this alternative to Autocrat!

      My pleasure! Maggie has really great taste, both in style/presentation and flavor. I was also excited to see Maggie stocking Dave’s coffee syrup, because it is a wholesome alternative to Autocrat (I read the Autocrat ingredients list recently, and yowza!). I see a holiday season full of Dave’s coffee syrup stocking stuffers for my family! Ooooh, another great stocking stuffer from Eat Boutique’s roster are Q’s Nuts. Seriously good!
